About the role…
Our reception team are the first point of contact for our hotel, bar and restaurant, they handle just about everything. Working alone and as part of a team, you will manage the daily running of what is a very busy reception desk. It is a faced paced, busy role with excellent progression opportunity for the right person.
An ideal Receptionist will…
- Be passionate about the hotel industry, has a friendly and lively personality and comes from a strong customer service background.
- Be efficient, well organised and impeccably presented
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
- Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Have an excellent telephone manner and command of spoken and written English
- Have competent IT knowledge
- Have a flexible approach and ability to multi task
- Experience with computerised reservations particularly Opera would be advantageous
