The role of Receptionist at our Peaks Campus is ideal if you are looking for a new opportunity to work Monday - Friday, Term-time only, and can guide our students through every step of their learning experience with us, helping them feel supported and excited throughout.
Day-today you will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent customer service to our staff and students
- Greeting our employees and guests and assisting with their queries
- Engage in cross college and external activities and events
- Arranging appointments for students with specialists in other areas
- Processing fee payments and issuing college ID cards
- Maintaining record systems
After your first year with us, success would look like:
After the first year you will be proficient in all service delivery functions and systems, have a clear understanding of the college structure and support network and will demonstrate our college values on a daily basis whilst having a positive impact on all service users.
You will also be in a position to look at promotional opportunities within the department and college-wide.

- Have the ability to build relationships with our staff and students.
- Experience of working in a service delivery role, a professional attitude and confidence with IT systems
