Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate receptionist to join our successful hotel team offering a warm welcome to all our guests.
As our receptionist, you will be required to;
Welcome guests checking in & out
Answer email, phone and face-face queries and enquiries
Process payments, allocate rooms & provide keys ready for check in
Respond to guests requests for help & information
Filing and record keeping
Other clerical duties as required
Must be computer literate and work well under pressure.
Liaise with other departments and assist in other areas of the hotel.
Experience would be preferred but full training will be given.
Uniform provided.
Mon – Fri 10am – 6pm with alternate Saturdays and a day off during the week but alternative shift patterns can be discussed for the right candidate.

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
