An Award-Winning Restaurant and Hotel – A 11 bedroomed family run, luxury hotel, home to one of Derbyshire’s highest awarded restaurants, Fischers Baslow Hall offers a dining experience unrivalled in personal service, luxurious attention to detail and brilliant, imaginative modern British food at its inventive, eclectic best.
The Role
We are looking for passionate candidates, with excellent customer service skills, who will be at ease delivering the very best service for our Guests.
Each day the Reception Supervisor will support all aspects of receiving Restaurant guests and Checking hotel guests in and out of the hotel. Attending to all enquiries including over the phone and email. They shall play a key role in the business, liaising between the Reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping and Kitchen teams ensuring a complete Guest experience every time.
-The Role shall develop into supporting the Reception Manager with Event/Party co-ordination, team development, and Guest Room inspections.
-While the successful candidate will be provided with thorough on the job training, it would be ideal if they had previous Hotel/Restaurant or Guest facing experience but is this not essential.
– However, it is essential the right candidate is committed to being courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service in every situation
-Being Computer literate, and comfortable using computers/phones is a must
Salary
Starting salary shall be a competitive £18,000 - £24,000. Based on a 30 - 40 hour working week.
Shifts shall be a healthy mix between AM , MID and PM shifts. Typically, the earliest start shall be 8am. And latest shall be 8pm
