Job description
The Cawdor is a family owned independent hotel & wedding venue with 26 bedrooms and a busy bar & restaurant. We are currently looking for a part time receptionist to join our friendly front of house team.
You will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries & reservations, checking guests in & out, and communicating well with other departments of the hotel.
Shifts vary between morning (7:30am - 2:30pm) or evening (2pm - 9:30pm) with extra hours available over the holidays.
Applicants would ideally have a track record in a customer facing role with excellent customer service along with good communication skills, computer skills and a positive, friendly, can-do attitude. Previous hotel or reception experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour
