Job description
We are the owners of 53 residential parks across England and Wales. We have an exciting opportunity at our head office in West Coker for a part-time receptionist/administrator. If you would like to be part of our team in delivering excellent customer service, then we would like to hear from you.
The hours are:- Week 1 – 18 hours per week
Wednesday 2pm to 5pm
Thursdays and Fridays 8.30am to 5pm (with a 1 hour lunch break between 1pm and 2pm)
Week 2 – 19.5 hours per week
Monday and Tuesday 8.30am to 5pm (with a 1 hour lunch break between 1pm and 2pm)
Wednesday 8.30 to 1pm
Continue to rotate week 1 and 2
Responsiblities:-
* Answering the telephone
* General administration duties such as filing, typing letters, managing general email account, diary management and general administration support
Skills required:-
Customer service
Excellent telephone manner
Experience in Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience in general administration
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 19 per week
Salary: From £10.50 per hour

- Yeovil: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
