What you will do:
Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner
Determine the purpose of callers and forward the call to the appropriate person or department or interact with the caller on behalf of Taylor Wimpey staff
Welcome on-site visitors
Responsibility to collecting and distributing the morning post
Assistance with travel and event planning
Managing office supplies
To provide administrative support to all departments
Additional responsibilities for the production and finance departments
What you will have:
Receptionist background - preferred
Strong administration experience
Used to working within a fast paced & pressurised office
Strong customer focus
Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint literate

The receptionist is the face of the regional business unit and the first person to welcome visitors to Taylor Wimpey. The receptionist will answer all calls promptly, queries dealt with wherever possible and efficiently directed to the correct person when appropriate. Based in the Business Unit’s reception area the role requires someone with high levels of customer service skills and an ability to work fast under pressure.
