Receptionist Salisbury £22,000 - £23,000
Are you a friendly individual with a passion for providing the ultimate customer experience?
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised receptionist to join an award winning law firm in Salisbury. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. As a receptionist you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Co-ordinating requests for meeting rooms
- Answering calls on a busy switchboard
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organised office
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to drive is desirable
