Receptionist
Basic salary of up to £25,000 - Dependant on experience

Due to our continued growth Succession now have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and competent Receptionist ideally with experience gained within a Financial Advisory / Wealth Management business to join our Client Delivery team in Bristol.
The role…
The primary purpose of the role is to provide ‘front of house’ services within the Chester office. This will include managing the visitors’ diary, meeting arrangements and switchboard activity. The role holder will be the main point of contact for the day to day central stock and ordering systems.
On a day to day basis you can expect to be:
· Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the company.
· Answering the phone and redirecting callers to the appropriate recipient.
· Managing meeting room bookings and providing support to meetings.
· Collecting, opening and distributing post.
· Ensuring that the telephone and email directories are kept up to date.
To be successful in the role you will need:
· Experience in a fast-paced reception/administration role
· Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
· Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential
· Excellent telecommunications skills.
