Receptionist
Milton Keynes
We are looking for a friendly individual to be the Receptionist, working from 9:00am - 5:00pm from Monday to Friday for our Contact Centre in Milton Keynes. You will manage and direct incoming calls for the business.
Key Job Areas
Build rapport
- Answering and correctly channelling all telephone calls across the business
- Identify the needs of the customer to best handle their call
Maintaining database
- Check MOT and service are correct using the relevant system
- Talks to customers to build rapport and find out what assistance or information they require
- Maintain database to ensure accuracy of records (e.g.) returned mail
- Record and monitor Service and MOT letter on a daily basis
- Responsible for handling customer data in line with GDPR
Postal duties
- Collect outgoing post, frank and bag for external mail collection
Works as a full member of the Centre team
- Works with colleagues and teams across the Centres to provide a seamless service to customers
