We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join the team at our Diss office.
The Role:
This role provides comprehensive support for a fast paced and forward-thinking firm. You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running, efficient and effective management of reception and assisting with daily queries from clients.
This role is offered on a part time basis two days per week (Thursday and Friday) within our Diss office.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in juggling day to day admin tasks with answering the telephone, managing reception and looking after clients. There will be a need to support with administrative tasks throughout various teams in the office including dealing with wills and deeds registers, office stationary, scanning post onto our ALB system and distributing petty cash, quotes and assisting for secretary work as and when required.
You will have the ability to build a strong rapport with your team and our clients through excellent communication skills, attention to detail and demonstrate general skills in:
