As a Receptionist at Sodexo in Woodbank Hotel, Aberdeen, you will provide a warm welcome and make that all-important first impression. You will use world-class customer service and superb communication skills to connect visitors and customers with their host and onward services. What you’ll do:
- Greet visitors and customers entering the building
- Connect visitors and customers with the appropriate party while following all visitor management processes
- Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service
- Support with inductions, workplace support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
- Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require
What you bring:
- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Computer literacy – MS office packages
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
- Champion of health & safety practices
- Desire to grow and progress your career if you are interested

Package Description- 37.5 hours per week
- 07.00 - 15.00; 15.00 - 23.00 working 5 days out of 7
- £11.55 per hour
