HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
The Receptionist will be responsible for creating and maintaining a friendly and helpful first point of contact for inbound calls. They will also be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a high level of customer service is always extended to all visitors. They will demonstrate a welcoming and professional manner.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and inbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service is extended at all times
- Ensuring the office is presentable, tidy, and welcoming for all visitors
- Checking all meeting rooms on a regular basis and clearing when necessary
- Uploading content and updating welcome screens for visitors
- Booking in appointments for suppliers and liaising with contractors regarding scheduled visits
- Managing outgoing post from all departments
- Stock management
- Ensuring office processes / policies are in place and being implemented
- Arrange travel and accommodation as and when necessary
- Scanning, photocopying, binding and managing internal administration when required
- Providing support to Business Support and other staff as needed
- As necessary you will support the Sales and Customer Success Teams with administration tasks and be available to help Senior Management
