Receptionist for Investment Management Company
3 DAYS / WEEK - THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE
Your main duties will consist in:
· Covering Reception
· Organising meeting rooms, refreshments, lunch when required, informing building security about guests names;
. Greeting guest in a professional manner;
· Handling telephone calls, in a professional manner, taking messages when required
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
· Office Management
· Dealing with various contractors (cleaning, maintenance, building security, fruit provider, lunch providers, plant provider, business card provider etc…);
· Ensure stationery and kitchen supplies are always available.
· General office duties
· Administrative duties
· Provide general admin support;
· Processing expenses claims;
· Provide cover for other Admins when required;
· Involved with company events i.e office Christmas party/away days
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- City of London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
