Job description
Due to practice growth Sea Mills are looking for experienced, approachable and polite Care Navigators to join our fun, welcoming and supportive clinical team of Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses and administrators delivering clinical care and support to our patients and each other.
We are looking for committed people with excellent communication skills to join our team providing patient centred care in a forward thinking practice within a traditional family surgery environment. Our friendly team is based within the heart of the community at Sea Mills Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join Sea Mills in a pivotal role within our team, with opportunities for career progression within our wider network of practices.
You should be
Professional with integrity and values aligned with confidentiality and helping people. Experience of working within a General Practice environment and EMIS medical system is advantageous, full training will be provided.
We are
Sea Mills - Ranked top 10 surgeries in Bristol as recommended by patients in the 2021 NHS/Bristol Live patient feedback survey. Sea Mills surgery is a vibrant training practice comprising of a supportive team of seven doctors (Three partners) Three nurses and two Health Care Assistants working along-side a committed friendly admin and reception team providing care for 8,300 patients. We are actively engaged within the Affinity Primary Care Network
