This person will be highly organised, have superb interpersonal skills and a good knowledge of the clinical, beauty or aesthetics industry. They will be polished, friendly, articulate but most importantly be meticulous with forensic attention to detail. This would ideally suit an individual who may have had a clinical background in a similarly prestigious operation, who enjoys administrative tasks, loves guest liaison, and is a real people person.
Daily responsibilities will include treatment bookings, answering the phone, emails, facilitating a seamless client journey, retailing product lines and assisting the team operationally. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a very busy, prestigious clinic, alongside the most prominent Facialists and Dermatologists in London, with an eminent clientele.
This person will have experience with exacting clientele, be accustomed to VIP’s and delivering an esteemed service. They will be personable with a positive demeanour, able to work in a very busy environment and able to prioritise effectively and be a very good communicator.
Level 1/2/3/4 - Beauty Therapy or Medical diplomas / qualifications, knowledge of Pabau / CQC would be an advantage but are not essential. Minimum good basic education at diploma level but with associated industry experience would be preferred.
Exemplary administrative skills, good knowledge of Office Suite (Excel /Word / PP), Excellent technical English, and impeccable five-star polished presentation is key.
