Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Preferred Long Term Care experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical setting
• Responsible for reviewing and processing A/P check requests, purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash reimbursement requests in a timely manner
• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment entry
• Assures accurate data entry of A/P check requests, purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash reimbursements.
• Analyzes and reconciles various vendor statements, researching and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Works and communicates professionally with vendors, nursing facility personnel, accounting department, and all coworkers.
• Manages/processes and ensures applicable vendors receive accurate 1099 forms in a timely manner and resolves any issues.
• Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls
• Greet and directs visitors and vendors to the proper area by name when possible
• Ensures work area, reception area, and the main entrance is kept neat and clean
• Complete clerical work such as; typing, filing, sorting and distributing mail; as needed
• Handles outgoing mail accurately, and timely
• Must have great verbal communication/written skills

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available
• Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
• Wage: $13.00-$15.00 per hour
