Qualification/Responsibilities:
- Preferred Long Term Care experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical setting
- Responsible for reviewing and processing A/P check requests, purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash reimbursement requests in a timely manner
- Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment entry
- Assures accurate data entry of A/P check requests, purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash reimbursements.
- Analyzes and reconciles various vendor statements, researching and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Works and communicates professionally with vendors, nursing facility personnel, accounting department, and all coworkers.
- Manages/processes and ensures applicable vendors receive accurate 1099 forms in a timely manner and resolves any issues.
- Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls
- Greet and directs visitors and vendors to the proper area by name when possible
- Ensures work area, reception area, and the main entrance is kept neat and clean
- Complete clerical work such as; typing, filing, sorting and distributing mail; as needed
- Handles outgoing mail accurately, and timely
- Must have great verbal communication/written skills
Shift & Wage:
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available
- Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
- Wage: $13.00-$15.00 per hour
