Qualification/Responsibilities:

Preferred Long Term Care experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical setting
Responsible for reviewing and processing A/P check requests, purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash reimbursement requests in a timely manner
Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment entry
Assures accurate data entry of A/P check requests, purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash reimbursements.
Analyzes and reconciles various vendor statements, researching and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Works and communicates professionally with vendors, nursing facility personnel, accounting department, and all coworkers.
Manages/processes and ensures applicable vendors receive accurate 1099 forms in a timely manner and resolves any issues.
Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls
Greet and directs visitors and vendors to the proper area by name when possible
Ensures work area, reception area, and the main entrance is kept neat and clean
Complete clerical work such as; typing, filing, sorting and distributing mail; as needed
Handles outgoing mail accurately, and timely
Must have great verbal communication/written skills

Shift & Wage:

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
Wage: $13.00-$15.00 per hour
