Job description

Being the biggest Independent Lifting Equipment Company in the South and due to relocation to new larger modern premises SWL Rope Lifting & Testing Ltd is expanding and are recruiting.

The Receptionist role will predominantly involve working on front of house, greeting guests, Answering phones, dealing with enquiries, and ensuring the business retains its professional appearance at all times.

The role is Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.00pm

  • Have and maintain a good working knowledge of IT systems such as Outlook and Word.

About the job:

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • To consistently provide clients with an excellent and professional service, via all channels of communication.
  • To greet every client with a warm and friendly manner and to clearly communicate our services, processes, and procedures.
  • To respond to telephone calls within a timely manner in line with business expectations and goals and consistently provide an excellent standard of service to all clients and colleagues.
  • To ensure the reception area, desks, waiting rooms and meeting rooms are maintained to a good standard.
  • To action all reception admin duties to a good standard.
  • To take client payments by telephone and in person ensuring accuracy.
  • To receive and sort incoming post and DX post promptly.
  • To maintain stationery stock for the office and place order requests as required.

This is a permanent full-time position with a start as soon as possible. This would suit someone who has worked previously in a similar front of house/reception/customer facing admin role for the last 12 months, has strong telephone communication skills and whom has a passion for the legal sector.
