Job description
You will be working as a Receptionist for a family-owned business with a heritage dating back to 1945. At RoyaleResorts, we pride ourselves on providing holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.
You will provide administration support and excellent customer service to guests and customers onsite on our family orientated holiday park, Eastchurch Holiday Centre in Kent. In addition, you will ensure communication via telephone enquiries is managed and handled within a timely manner and assist with stock levels in reception.
To be successful for this role, you will have previous experience in a similar role. You have high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
We offer a company pension, life insurance, with a 40-hour working week on a Monday to Sunday rota basis between the hours of 8am and 5pm with an enhanced range of company benefits.
