An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly processional to join RNIB’s Property Department as a Receptionist
You will be joining a friendly dynamic team helping with the day to day running of a reception area.
What you’ll be doing
With experience of working in a receptionist role you will be working in a team of 5 reporting to the Helpdesk Team Leader.
In this role you will be logging visitors in and out, working the security system issuing passes, booking taxis and arranging meetings.
What you’ll need to succeed in this role
Other duties will include assisting blind and partially sighted members of staff, assisting with contractors, and maintaining good relationships with internal customers.
This is a varied and exciting role in fast paced department that is looking for someone to hit the ground running.
