Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone calls and refers them to the correct departments.
- Coordination of Care-A-Van schedule.
- Enters all a admission demographic information into system.
- Greets and assists visitors entering facility.
- Must have knowledge and experience in handling: accounts receivables, deposit transactions, handles petty cash.
- Properly handles inquiries regarding admissions to the facility and follow steps through discharge as well, including admission and preadmission packets.
- Receive, date, stamp-mail to the correct person/department.
- Resident files are updated and current.
