Responsibilities:

• Answering the telephone calls and refers them to the correct departments.
• Coordination of Care-A-Van schedule.
• Enters all a admission demographic information into system.
• Greets and assists visitors entering facility.
• Must have knowledge and experience in handling: accounts receivables, deposit transactions, handles petty cash.
• Properly handles inquiries regarding admissions to the facility and follow steps through discharge as well, including admission and preadmission packets.
• Receive, date, stamp-mail to the correct person/department.
• Resident files are updated and current.
