Position Summary:
- We are looking for a hard worker with strong customer service and multi-tasking skills in a busy office setting, for our Office, Southern Utah Spine and Rehab, in the Physical Therapy department.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answer and direct calls in a professional manner.
- Greet patients.
- Schedule appointments.
- Check patients in and out.
- Patient Service.
- Insurance authorization.
- Collecting payments and co-pays.
- Work with physical therapists.
- Help with aide duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a great desire to provide patients and medical staff with the highest level of patient service.
- Computer knowledge and experience preferred.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- High school or GED required.
- Knowledge with Physical Therapy a plus.
Hours: Hours: 35-40 a week. M-F 8:00AM-6:00PM
