We are currently looking for Reception Supervisor to join our team Meliá London Kensington.

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK
About the role, what will I be doing?
- To be fully aware of all Reception/Cashier’s procedures and manual procedures should the computer crash and have OPERA knowlodge.
- Supervise and organize all staff on the duty shift affording maximum cover on the desk at all times, making sure that all meal breaks are taken.
- Ensure that all special requests for regular guests, VIP’s and groups are actioned with guidance from the Reception Management team.
- Ensure the hotel’s credit procedure is adhered to at all times, with guidance from the Reception Management team if required.
- Assist the Reception Management team in the implementation of new procedure and co-ordination of training.
- Communicate in writing, using Tour Sheets, with: Concierge, Switchboard, Room Service, The Level and the Groups Office, regarding breakfast details, wake-up calls and luggage collection for any groups, with the guidance of the Reception Management team or the Duty Manager.
- Ensure that all guests are met at Reception with courtesy and that any complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently with guidance from the Reception Management team.
