Receptionist - Rivers Hospital
Full Time 37.5hrs
Salary £20,444
We are looking to recruit Receptionist to join our fast-paced non-clinical team to work various shifts covering from 06:30 to 21:00 including some Saturdays.
Rivers Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading providers of NHS and private patients’ services in England. We are based on the Herts & Essex boarder and is easily accessible from London and the Home Counties.
The Role
As one of the Rivers Reception team, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers on arrival to our hospital, whilst covering our busy switchboard and completing front of house administration duties. We are looking for someone who is hard working and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
What you will bring:
  • A strong desire to provide high levels of customer service
  • An ability to work under pressure with set deadlines to process booking appointments
  • Enthusiastic and empathetic character promoting positive attitude at work
  • Confident communication skills on all levels, via telephone, email and in person
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organisation administration skills
