The Senior Front of House Receptionist Role

• Effectively manage the front of house (FOH)/reception area, maximising sales and bookings, acting as key point of contact for all clients, handling enquiries, client welcome and goodbye, phone calls and emails.
• Ensure high standards of accuracy of client booking and diary management Ensure clients are advised correctly on the treatments available and suitability Deliver the highest level of client service and care at all times and embrace the brand image and desired work culture within the Spa.
• Ensure that brand guidelines and company standards are met and exceeded in the FOH.

We would love if our Senior Front of House Receptionist has:

• Front of house/retail experience
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Knowledge/experience in beauty therapy
• A desire to develop the role function
