Job description
Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for clients
- Assist with administrative tasks such as transcribing, proofreading, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to privacy regulations
- Assist with event planning and coordination for client meetings or conferences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or in a similar office role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
