Portico have an exciting opportunity working alongside one of our most prestigious clients, based at an iconic multi-occupied building in the city!
The warm welcome from our reception team determines the first impressions clients and visitors have of our clients’ business. This role requires the highest level of client care and personal service to be delivered to all visitors, clients and internal stakeholders. With a range of duties from Reception, Meeting room bookings and Events hosting, this role is a real 'go to' role for the clients within and visiting this building,
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can do. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously. Previous experience in a customer service role or front of house role essential.
