Are you a customer service professional looking for a new challenge in corporate reception?
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our team at a well-known international insurance company, based at the iconic walkie-talkie building, 20 Fenchurch Street.
This exciting insurance company have a creed embodying honesty and fairness in all dealings, believing in hard work and a zealous pursuit of excellence while keeping a sense of humour and fun.
You will have constant opportunities to show off your genuine warm and positive personality when welcoming visitors and staff, as well as managing the company’s switchboard and inbox. Your multitasking and organisation skills will kick in when you are managing meeting rooms and supporting in event coordination. Finally, your fab admin skills will be put to the test when you are updating statistics, folders, manuals and many other admin related projects.
Hours: 40 hours per week, from Mon-Fri
