Job Description:
The Patient Coordinator is a key member of the team that provides exceptional customer service to our patients. Our Patient Coordinators are responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering calls and providing basic patient information. The Coordinator also schedules follow-up calls with patients to ensure their appointments have been scheduled accurately. The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining excellent communication with the patient and other staff members, as well as maintaining confidentiality. This position reports to the Scheduling Manager.

Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
·Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to professionally communicate with patients and co-workers.
·Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
