Trainee dental nurse/ receptionist, Location: Cosham (will occasionally be required to work in our sister practice in North End PO2)
We are looking for a trainee dental nurse to join our friendly team. Full time hours, this can include the occasional Saturday. As a trainee dental nurse, you will learn all the skills you need to work towards your dental nursing qualification, no previous experience in dentistry is required and this job can lead you to a fulfilling career with plenty of opportunities to develop and grow.
As a trainee dental nurse/ receptionist, your duties will include:
- Learning and carrying out infection control procedures, decontamination of instruments, equipment and surgery
- Assisting our dentists and hygienists in a range of NHS and private treatments
- Supporting practice staff to ensure a smooth running of the practice
- Reception and administration duties- communicating with patients face to face, over the phone and by email, scheduling appointments, taking payments
- Completing your dental nursing qualification with support from the practice team
