```Duties:```
- welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with booking appointments via telephone or face to face
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations
```Requirements:```
- Proficiency in using outlook and excel
- Previous experience working in NHS is a plus but not a requirement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong customer service skills
