Parkour Generations is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a professional who is great at customer service and passionate about progressing their career forwards with a reception and sales role.
The successful applicant will working under the guidance of both the Gym Manager and the Operations and Memberships Manager, who will provide coaching in reception, membership management and sales.

Location: London Parkour School
Responsibilities: Receptionist has the following responsibilities and duties in our company:
- Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the gym
- Support parents booking classes on our mobile app
- Support new customers looking to purchase a membership (£10 commission will be paid if a receptionist secures a new membership sale)
- Sign customers in on arrival on our booking system
- Uphold and enforce company policies
- Direct the kids to the appropriate seating area and advise parents on where to wait
- Answer incoming phone calls and reply to messages
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Maintain regular cleanliness of facilities
- Address customer issues and complaints
- Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues
Qualifications: Receptionist should have the following skills, education and experience:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment/tasks (e.g. emails, phone calls, text, booking systems, customer service)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Exceptional customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Compensation: Parkour Generations will provide the following compensation:
- Salary: £13.10 per hour
- Hours: 4-8pm, Wednesday to Friday and 9.30-1.30pm Saturday / Sunday

Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £210.00-£250.00 per week
