Overview

This is a full-time role based in Leeds, working for us directly. We are looking for the most vibrant, exciting, enthusiastic candidate. We want team members to be outgoing, customer focused, always willing to help and always willing to own a problem to completion.

The person needs to be a team player, who will always go above and beyond to achieve.

Reporting directly to the Senior Workspace Coordinator, to manage and develop a workplace experience that meets and exceeds customer expectation.

Joining a Multi-Skilled Team in delivery an excellent customer experience, whilst ensuring all services are delivered to contract and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of House & Security

  • Be a friendly face, welcoming and making sure visitors and staff are comfortable at all times
  • Show confidence in supporting and communicating the Client’s security policy if you feel it’s being challenged
  • Manage the email inbox including responding to stakeholders/users, task assignment and communication to the wider team
  • Proactively participate in onsite team meetings regarding all things FOH
  • Ensure the reception area is always clean and tidy - reporting any necessary repairs or replacements

Mail & Logistics

  • Handle incoming post and packages, collecting outgoing and distributing incoming mail once per day
  • Ensuring mail handling area/post room is always kept clean and tidy, minimising risk of items going missing or getting damaged

Admin Support

  • Support the team by gathering information required to deliver monthly reports
  • Assist with new starters and leavers process
  • Must be prepared to ‘fill the gaps’ and step into any of the Workspace roles in times of constrained resource.
  • Supporting internal events as required
  • Check stock levels and order/replenish as required.

Experience:

  • Experience in similar role
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment.
