The role is part-time (19.5hrs), it will be hectic and we expect high standards working front of house, which will include excellent customer care, clerical, administration and cash handling duties – if this still appeals to you and you are looking to prove your skills as a receptionist we want to hear from you.
Applications are invited from individuals who have experience in customer care and front of house skills.
The role of the receptionist is to be the first point of contact to all our customers, dealing with enquiries, taking bookings and cash handling plus undertaking any associated paperwork whilst maintaining high levels of customer care and health and safety.
It is desirable that individuals should have good numeracy and literacy skills as well as previous experience of undertaking reception duties within a multifunctional organisation.
