Job description
Oglethorpe Sturton and Gillibrand are looking for a full time receptionist at our busy office in Kirkby Lonsdale.
Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors at the front desk
- Answering the phone and re-directing incoming calls
- Assisting with the scanning of incoming post
- Ensuring reception and all public areas are presentable
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Photocopying
- Liaising with staff across the firm in person, by email and over the telephone
- Scheduling meetings upon request
- Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Assisting with retrieval and archiving of documents.
