THE ROLE
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home as the first and last point of contact.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Assist guests with arrival/departure as well as any other aspects of the guest journey.
- Keeping up to date with internal events, restaurant information, and hotel product knowledge.
- Deliver authentic and personalised care to our guests, straight from your heart.
- Work in synergy with other departments across the hotel – we’re stronger together.
- Handle/relay any guest feedback and do not be afraid to be empowered as a problem-solver.
