An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Nobu Family. We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist to join our team at Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch.
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and passionate individual to join our Front Office team who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and is ready for a challenge.

ABOUT YOU
As the first and last point of contact for all of our guests, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver authentic Nobu hospitality to all of our guests. We are firm believers that the highest level of service comes from genuine interaction, therefore we hold the concept of Kokoro close to our hearts. You may be asked to perform a wide range of duties; therefore, the role will be very versatile and may be best suited for high-energy individuals who can think outside the box.

- Keeping up to date with internal events, restaurant information, and hotel product knowledge.

- Closely follow the departmental procedures to ensure standards are followed with consistency. We would still love for you to add your own twist to what you do.
- Assist guests with arrival/departure as well as any other aspects of the guest journey.
- Never miss a moment to ‘wow’ our guests with your creativity, passion, and care.
- Work in synergy with other departments across the hotel – we’re stronger together.
- Handle/relay any guest feedback and do not be afraid to be empowered as a problem-solver.
