Are you an experienced Receptionist looking to work with a highly reputable, professional firm that genuinely puts their staff wellbeing first and offers incredible benefits?
NJR Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a leading firm of financial planners who are looking to recruit an experienced concierge who goes above and beyond to create an exceptional experience for their clients.
Working from modern offices on the outskirts of Leeds, this vital role will offer more variety than simply meeting and greeting clients and will include:
Create a positive and memorable first impression by warmly welcoming visitors
Provide excellent hospitality services by anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort during their time in the building
Efficiently manage all incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate individuals and taking accurate messages when necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate working lunches and ensure the smooth delivery of catering service
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Assist the Business Support Manager and the Head of Recruitment with various administrative tasks and ongoing project work
Support HR initiatives, such as recruitment, training, and employee well-being programs
Open and close the building as required, ensuring the security and safety of the premises

What we need from you?
Previous experience in a reception or guest-facing role within a professional environment, such as a legal office, is essential
A professional and polished demeanour, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Outstanding telephone etiquette and the ability to handle calls with professionalism and discretion.
A positive and friendly disposition, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
