About the Trust

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults, and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull. Our services received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion of which we are rightly proud. Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.

We form part of the Coventry & Warwickshire Health and Care Partnership which is made up of the NHS, local government and the third sector to integrate care and better meet our health and care needs now and in the future.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

· Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

· Schedule appointments for patients using our electronic scheduling system.

· Manage patient records, including filing, scanning, and organising documents.

· Enter orders for supplies and maintain inventory levels.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills.

· Excellent organisational skills.

· Good telephone manner.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

· Previous experience in a similar role.
