Job description
We are looking for a Receptionist / Front of House team member to lead our stores. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, therefore you must represent the brand to your best ability at all times whilst delivering the highest standard of customer service.
All company process and training will be delivered in store, previous receptionist experience, customer service or retail sales experience preferred.
Murdock London are a luxury men’s grooming brand, established in 2006, with 3 Barbershops in London’s most iconic destinations; Covent Garden, Soho and Shoreditch.
We are led by our team of highly skilled and incredibly passionate Barbers who consistently deliver the best Barbershop experience in town.
We offer high-end, traditional services with a contemporary twist all aimed at ensuring an exemplary level of customer care throughout.
The Barbershop services are complimented by our very own, award-winning, grooming products- which we are very proud of to say the least. Our range is now stocked worldwide, so we aren’t the only ones who love it!

We offer a competitive salary plus retail commission.
