Receptionist
£25,000 per annum
Location: Redhill
Hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Morr & Co LLP are looking for a Receptionist to join a friendly and professional team.
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist
- Answering a busy switchboard and transferring calls
- Taking detailed messages and ensuring they are passed on to the correct person/team
- Dealing with enquiries and returning calls where required
- Ensuring calls and messages are redirected to the correct team in the event of absence
- Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring they receive a friendly and professional welcome
- Managing meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and stocked
- Managing parking within the building for both clients and staff
- Taking deliveries and ensuring they reach the correct team
- Assisting with the post and DX
The suitable candidate:
- Will have a minimum of GCSE English and Maths at A-C or equivalent
- Enthusiastic and keen to offer support to the team and be relied on
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Your verbal and written communication will be clear, straightforward and accurate
- You will be adaptable, logical and work well under pressure
