The Role:
Being Responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the Office by handling client-facing duties as well as general office tasks.
The successful candidate will be friendly, polite, and professional as to represent the company in the best possible manner. You will be able to stay focus remain calm when working under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as first point of contact of the company
- Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area
- Managing all arrival and departure of clients and contractors, ensuring all visitors are Signed In & Out
- Greeting and announcing guests and offer refreshments
- Setting up meeting room when required
- Answering, filtering and redirecting calls appropriately
- Managing inbound mail and its distribution
- Managing courier drop and collections
- Managing all postal requirements and keep record
- Organising Courier Services when required
- Maintaining staff list up to date and inform LABS of any changes (leavers, new starters and access card record)
- Managing office supplies, such as stationery, catering supplies, and PPE equipment requirements
- Organising meeting lunches when required
- Reporting directly to the Office Manager and undertake administrative tasks alongside project support when required

- Candidate must have at least one year previous experience within a front of house/ administrative role
