Job Overview
Perform reception, administration, organisational and secretarial duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the building in which you are located.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Westgate Shopping Centre, Oxford
In your new role as the Corporate Receptionist your duties will include helping facilitate the through flow of personnel by managing access via the building entrance. Maintaining a tidy and efficient reception area, providing a prompt a courteous reception for visitors, telephone callers and other staff. Maintaining of fob access system and fire list. Handling phone calls and messages as appropriate. Sorting incoming mail and distributing accordingly. Distribution of weekly notices including maintenance of notice boards. Ensure all marketing literature in reception is kept current. Maintaining stock levels of stationery and ordering supplies as appropriate. Ordering uniforms and PPE. Maintaining stock levels of tea, coffee, sugar etc. Manage vending machine contractors. Coordinate and correspond with office cleaners. Assisting QHSE, HR and the legal team where required. Keeping of all relevant records.

Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role you should have experience within a similar role, with extensive knowledge of the hospital site and structures. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and PC's, with excellent written and verbal communication. You will also have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to work well under pressure to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
