Job description
We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable receptionist to support a rapidly growing charity based in Bexleyheath.
You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the office including meeting and greeting all visitors, maintaining health and safety within the premises as well as supporting management team with administrative duties (such as filing, record keeping, reporting).
You will represent the business at all times in a welcoming yet professional manner.
- Greet visitors; ensure they are made comfortable until host arrives.
- Ensure all visitors are effectively signed in and out and made aware of health and safety policy.
- Answer calls and direct them to the correct person.
- Incoming post and outgoing courier deliveries.
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed.
- Oversee health and safety within the premises.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings & ensure meeting rooms, presentation room and reception area are kept looking smart, welcoming, and planning refreshments.
- Support upper management in ensuring there is good record keeping and compliance.
This is a part time job share role. You will be required to work full time hours to cover holiday and absences. Hours of work will be between Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18-20 per week
Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
