As a Receptionist, you will:
- Oversee and collaborate with colleagues to maintain Waterfront compliance of
- Ensure all notice boards display the required up to date H&S posters and information
- Weekly Fire Alarm testing.
- Monthly Fire Safety checks
- Organise 6 monthly Fire Evacuations.
- Annual Fire Risk Assessment review
- Maintain annual colleague DSE Assessments and Fire Safety Training records and communicate reminders to colleagues for completion.
- Maintain required Site Health & Safety Risk assessment documents
- Answer all inbound calls within three rings, transferring callers to the appropriate colleagues.
- Issue colleague and visitor ID badges where required and arrange cancellation of ID Badges when colleagues leave.
- Maintain the office notice boards to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Distribute incoming mail to the relevant colleagues/departments.
- Ensure all outgoing mail is ready for daily postal collections.
- Report any Waterfront property issues or faults to the relevant department
- Approve Boardroom booking requests

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Walsall.

About You:
- Experience within an office and/or administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under own initiative with minimal guidance.
- Confident in communicating with diverse groups of people across a wide range of roles.
- Effective prioritisation, planning and organising skills.
- Familiarisation with Microsoft Office programmes and good level of IT literacy
