McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Receptionist for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: answering multi-line phones, message taking, appointment scheduling, assist patient s& visitors with directions and questions & physician schedule maintenance. Position come with competitive clinic pay and valuable benefit package.
Education
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET.
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM.
Experience
- Prefer one year experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
- Completion of Medical Terminology class required within on year of employment.
- Receptionist experience preferred, but not required.
- Keyboard and computer experience.
