Job description

Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Receptionist to join their business based out of their Toyota Edgware bodyshop.
Hours:Monday - Friday no weekends

As a Receptionist, you are responsible for engaging with customers day to day, you will have great interpersonal skills as you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all customers. You will be part of the Bodyshop team providing administrative support to the Advisors and Managers, along with dealing with telephone calls, card and cash transactions scanning, filing and archiving.

About the role of Reeptionist

Meet and greet customers into the bodyshop
Make outbound calls updating customers and take inbound calls from customers understanding their queries, assisting where possible.
Provide accurate general administration support to the Bodyshop team.
Update customer database to maintain accurate records of work carried out.
Be able to follow the processes that are needed to make sure that the team runs smoothly.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
