RECEPTIONIST
OFFICE BASED
MONDAY TO FRIDAY (10:00 – 18:00)
CITY OF LONDON
A global insurance firm seek an experienced Receptionist to join their team.
An established insurance firm based in the heart of the City, are on the search for a Receptionist to join their busy front of house team. As the Receptionist, you will work closely with the Head Receptionist to meet and greet professional clients.
Reporting into the Head Receptionist, as the Receptionist you will:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms
- Preparing refreshments, clearing meeting rooms, and ordering catering as needed
- Arranging security passes
- Booking outgoing couriers
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers on a daily basis
- Issuing and processing invoices and purchase orders
- Ad hoc administration duties as needed
As the Receptionist you must have:
- Previous Reception experience is essential, as is experience of using a switchboard
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- A can do, adaptable working style
- The ability to learn new processes quickly
