Job description
We are looking for someone that is a team player to join a fast pace, rapidly growing oral surgery practice. We need a self-starter for our front desk position who has customer service experience, computer skills and can work evening and weekend hours (must be flexible). Previous work as a front desk administrator in a dental setting is preferable. Spanish speaking is a huge plus.
Job Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Greet patients with amazing customer service.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Manage daily patient appointments, and walk-in availability.
- Register, and update all relevant patient information into data system according to established office protocols.
- Verify insurance eligibility while providing accurate co-pay/co-insurance and non-covered procedures.
- Maintain a professional reception area while safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- General tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and printing.
Required Skills
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Experience with general computer software (Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work well individually and as a team member
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
