As our Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to all our guests.

Job description:

  • To ensure consistent, efficient and friendly service is given throughout a guests stay.
  • Check guests in/out of their bedrooms
  • Ensure calls are transferred to the relevant departments quickly and efficiently
  • Exceed customer expectations
  • Have an excellent understanding of the hotel Front Office System
  • Feedback guest comments to relevant departments
  • Maximize all sales opportunities
  • Weekend availability is required

Salary:

  • £10.42/hour - full time contract
